<p> These training sessions are for people whoare sedentary or those who have not exercised in a long time. If you prefer, you can adapt these <b>exercises</b> to suit your fitness level. </p>
<p> Beginner exercise program # 1: Walking <br /> a. 3 minutes: Warm up by stretching your legs or feet comfortably at a slow pace. <br /> b. 5 minutes: go faster, so you work a little &#39;more. If you work, you should still be able to speak each other perfectly. <br /> c. 3 minutes: Slow down a bit &#39;. <br /> D. 3Minutes: Slow down, so you can catch up. </p>
<p> If you find that you have not taken a long time, then a stationary bike you can do very well. If you use a bicycle, you can change settings and increase resilience. This may allow you to accustom the body to exercise without looking at the problems. </p>
