I use this while on the the treadmill and it surely melts the fat in that area more than if not wearing one so I highly recommend using it while doing exercise, walking, jogging, or aerobic activities, even if only for 30 minutes; for me it works better (& faster) that way than using it “all day” or even wearing it while sleeping as others have posted.

Love the way this slimmer causing you to sweat a lot while working out. It even helps you to burn more carlories than you would exercising in regular workout clothes. What I don’t like about it is that it make way too much noise so whenever I do workout with it, I am at home.
